1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and DNURA.AI ("Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the platform at dnuura.dev and any associated services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DNURA.AI provides an AI-powered website-building platform that allows users to generate, edit, and publish single-page websites and logo images using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided on a subscription and credit-based basis. Features, limits, and pricing may change at any time with reasonable notice.
3. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer
THE SERVICE USES ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO GENERATE WEBSITE CODE AND IMAGES. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND MAY: (a) Contain errors, bugs, or broken functionality; (b) Include inaccurate, outdated, or hallucinated information; (c) Fail to meet accessibility, security, or performance standards; (d) Infringe third-party intellectual property rights in rare cases (though we take reasonable steps to prevent this); (e) Not be fit for any particular purpose. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING, TESTING, AND APPROVING ALL GENERATED CONTENT BEFORE PUBLISHING OR USING IT. We do not guarantee that generated websites will function correctly in all browsers, be free of security vulnerabilities, or achieve any business objective. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from errors, omissions, or defects in AI-generated content.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@dnuura.dev if you suspect unauthorized access. Each account is for one person or business entity — sharing credentials is prohibited. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
5. Credits and Subscriptions
The Service operates on a credit system. Free accounts receive a limited trial credit allowance. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate and include a monthly credit allocation that resets each billing cycle. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. Credits are consumed per generation or action as described in the pricing page. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs with reasonable notice.
6. Payments, Cancellation, and Refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe Inc. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the billing dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@dnuura.dev within 30 days. We reserve the right to offer refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
7. Content Ownership and License
You retain full ownership of all content you create, write, or upload to the Service (your prompts, brand assets, form data, etc.). You also own the AI-generated output produced on your behalf. By using the Service, you grant DNURA.AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. We will never sell your content or use it to train AI models without your explicit written consent. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
8. Published Sites and Form Submissions
When you publish a site on dnuura.dev, it becomes publicly accessible. You are solely responsible for all content on your published site, including any third-party claims arising from that content. The platform provides an inbox for form submissions from your site visitors. You are responsible for handling visitor data in compliance with applicable laws including GDPR. Free plan published sites include a DNURA.AI badge; this badge may not be removed or obscured on free plans.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to: generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violates any third-party rights; infringe intellectual property rights; send spam or unsolicited communications through form submission features; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs; create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or rate limits; resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent; use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including DeepSeek (AI generation), Replicate Inc. (image generation), Supabase Inc. (data storage), Stripe Inc. (payments), Resend Inc. (email), and Vercel Inc. (hosting). These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. If a third-party service becomes unavailable or changes its terms, it may affect our ability to provide the Service.
11. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may: temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or technical reasons; modify, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time; change pricing or credit allocations with at least 14 days' notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by unavailability or changes to the Service.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT GENERATED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED WEBSITES WILL BE FUNCTIONAL, ACCURATE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DNURA.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (a) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; (b) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL; (c) DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT ERRORS, BUGS, OR INACCURACIES; (d) DAMAGES FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICE FAILURES; (e) DAMAGES FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DNURA.AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service; content you generate, publish, or upload; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; or any claim that your published site content caused harm to a third party.
15. Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the Service, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination you lose access to the Service and your content. We will retain data for the periods described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where DNURA.AI operates, at our election. Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
18. Domain Registration Reseller Terms
When you purchase a domain name through DNURA.AI ("Domain Reseller Service"), the following terms apply IN ADDITION to those above: (a) DNURA.AI ACTS SOLELY AS A RESELLER. The actual registrar of record is Vercel Inc. (acting through ICANN-accredited registrars such as eNom or OpenSRS). DNURA.AI does not own, control, or hold custody of any registered domain. (b) NON-REFUNDABLE. Domain registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE per ICANN policy once the domain has been registered, regardless of usage, errors, or change of mind. The only exception is when we cannot complete the registration on the registrar's side, in which case the full charged amount will be refunded automatically. (c) PRICING. The price you pay includes the registrar wholesale fee plus a DNURA.AI service fee (the markup is included in the displayed price). Prices are shown in USD before taxes; renewal pricing may differ from the initial purchase price. (d) REGISTRANT DATA. ICANN requires accurate, real contact information (name, email, country) at registration. You agree the information you provide is accurate and authorize us to share it with Vercel, the registrar, and the relevant TLD registry as required by law. Free WHOIS privacy protection is enabled by default. (e) AUTO-RENEWAL. To prevent accidental loss of your domain, auto-renewal is ENABLED BY DEFAULT. You may disable it at any time from My Domains. If auto-renewal fails (e.g. expired card), we will email you and the domain may expire and become available to others. We are NOT liable for losses resulting from expired domains. (f) DOMAIN DISPUTES. UDRP, trademark, and ownership disputes are handled by the registrar and ICANN, not by DNURA.AI. You agree to participate in such proceedings directly and to indemnify DNURA.AI against any costs we incur in connection with disputes about domains you registered through us. (g) TRANSFERS. You may transfer your domain to another registrar after 60 days from registration (ICANN policy). We will provide an auth code on request via support@dnuura.dev. We do not charge transfer-out fees. (h) NO LIABILITY FOR REGISTRAR OR DNS. We are not liable for outages, errors, or losses caused by Vercel, the registrar, the TLD registry, DNS resolvers, or upstream network providers. Maximum liability for domain-related claims is limited to the amount you paid for the specific domain in the preceding 12 months.
