1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Buildify (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell access to, or abuse the Service's API or generation limits.
4. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of any content, websites, or logos you generate with Buildify. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service. We will never use your content to train models without your explicit consent.
5. Payments and Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
7. Third-Party Services
Buildify uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Replicate) to generate content. Their respective terms apply when their services are invoked through Buildify.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
